Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용한 구강내 외상성 섬유종과 신경초종의 치험례

Abstract
외상성 섬유종은 구강내 연조직 비대의 가장 흔한 형태로서 국소적으로 서서히 성장하며, 평활한 표면의 반구형 또는 폴립양 형태를 보인다. 반면에 신경초종은 신경막의 슈반세포 주변에서 발생되는 구강내에서는 드문 양성 종양이다 이것은 단단하고, 서서히 성장하며 평활한 표면을 보이는 무증상의 피막화 양성종양이다.
본 증례에서는 구강 접막에 발생한 병소의 절제에 널리 이용되는 Nd YAG fp이저를 사용하여 외상성 섬유종과 신경 초종을 제거하였다 절제를 시행할 때 Nd YAG 레이저를 사용하면 적은 술후 동통과 출혈, 조직의 손상 최소화 등과 같은 잇점을 얻을 수 있다.
본 증례는 외상성 섬유종과 신경초종등과 같은 구강 양성 종양의 절제에 Nd YAG 레이저가 성공적으로 사용될 수 있음을 제시한다.
The traumatic fibroma is one of the most common soft tissue enlargements of the oral cavity It is a localized, slow-growing, dome-shaped or polypord enlargement with smooth surface. The other hand, schwannoma, also known as neulilemmoma, is a relatively rare oral benign tumor arising from perineural schwann cells of the nerve sheath It is a solitary, slow-growing, smooth-surfaced, usually asymptomatic, and encapsulated tumor.
In tills cases, we removed traumatic fibroma and schwannoma using the Nd YAG laser which is widely used for excision of intraoral lesion affecting the oral mucosa There are numerous benefits from using the Nd YAG laser In excision such as less surgery pam, hemorrhage and tissue damage et al.
This study indicate that the Nd YAG laser can be used successfully for excision of oral benign tumors such as traumatic fibroma and schwannoma.
